Cockpit. Engine. Rigging & Sails. (9)
Mast and standing rigging installed. Boom varnished and prepared for new main. Cockpit and new cabin sole finished. Engine recoupled, hoses replaced, new racor and strainer, almost ready to run. -

Pax was launched February 22, 6 months and 6 Port Townsend marine trades businesses later. Much thanks to Sea Marine, Port Townsend Sails, Taku Marine, Freyja Boatworks, Alison Wood & Walt. -
Winter Projects (5)
November, December and January projects include new roller furling headstay, new sails and Pax'name returns to her stern. -
Autumn Projects on Pax (10)
Phase 1: Shipwright work completed. Phase 2: Kaci works on systems, painting, engine, sails (with Hasse) and rig. -
Plank & Frame Project September 2007 (8)
Diana Talley, a shipwright for 25 years in Port Townsend and owner of Taku Marine was the "lead" in this project. Amy Schaub, apprenticed with her. The work is taking place at Sea Marine in Point Hudson. -
Spidsgatter Pax in Port Townsend (6)
Pax, a 1936 Danish Spidsgatter. Current homeport: Port Townsend, Washington. Owner/Captain: Kaci Cronkhite. The boat will be featured in the Boatyard Stage and Ask a Shipwright at the 2007 Wooden Boat Festival. -
Pax in Victoria, BC (9)
Pax, a 1936 Danish Spidsgatter was moored at Royal Victoria Yacht Club on beautiful Cadborough Bay Vancouver Island for 8 years. Here are photos of the boat prior to purchase in August 2007.
