Tethys Heading to Wooden Boat Festival

boatsboatscrockett.JPGWe'll welcome Nancy Erley and crew back to Port Townsend for the 30th Wooden Boat Festival. In August, they're heading back across the Pacific, after their summer trip to Hawaii. You can follow their daily report on the Pacific Seafarer's Ham Radio Net on 14.313, or online at the volunteer maintained website.   Two women from San Francisco and one from Seattle are onboard as learning crew, as Nancy (call sign KI7DP) continues teaching aboard through her business, Tethys Offshore Sailing for Women.  Nancy will do presentations and have a booth at the entrance to the Wooden Boat Festival in Port Townsend, September 8-10, 2006.

To view a complete list of festival boats and exhibitors, go to www.woodenboat.org.   Kaci will be featured on "NPR's West Coast Live" on Saturday, September 9 from 10a-12.
